NCHF Services
Stewardship Counseling, Inc., led by John Griffin Jr., Esq. is continuing a concept pioneered by his father — offering confidential, one-on-one estate planning services through non-profit organizations.

John graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1987 and practiced law in South Dakota for 3 1/2 years. In 1991, John joined Stewardship Counseling, Inc. as an estate planner and major gifts consultant.

He is a member of the Central Kansas Planned Giving Roundtable, the Western Kansas Council for Estate Planning and Giving, and the South Dakota Bar. John is a frequent speaker on the tools and techniques of charitable estate planning.

Stewardship Counseling, established by John Griffin Sr., now retired, provides comprehensive guidance in establishing your estate plan that will minimize income, gift, estate and inheritance taxes.

This maximizes the value of your estate that can be transferred to successive generations while still fulfilling your philanthropic desires.

Using state-of-the-art computerized models for estate planning, plans are customized to fit your needs and your asset mix. The planning is free of charge to the client.

The foundation has contracted with Stewardship Counseling to work with donors who wish to have their estate plans reviewed, critiqued and enhanced. Griffin also will work with your attorney or financial adviser in developing a plan for you. No product is sold through Stewardship Counseling.
